We are a group a 22 friends who have just spent a week at a rented house in Menorca where Laia prepared our dinners.
Laia’s meals were outstanding and a highlight of our trip. Her cooking is innovative, uses ecxellent local ingredients and is very well executed. Furthermore Laia and her team of terrific waiters, are extroardinarely flexible and willing to please (nothing is ever a problem).
Our Menorca experience would not have been the same without Laia.
